Manic Monday....

Happy Monday everyone!  Hope the weekend was great...what did you do this weekend?  Fill me in! 

I know no better way to get going on a Monday in the Summer than with ice coffee.  I recently found a way to brew your ice coffee @ home and save a few $$.  Starbucks has ice coffee by the pound to purchase, brew at home & pour over ice.  I made a pot the other night & store it in a pitcher in the fridge. Great on the go!!!  xoxo
